ConstructHer Future Mentorship Programme: Building Confidence and Careers in Construction
Future Cast is proud to launch the ConstructHer Future Mentorship Programme – an inspiring initiative connecting female students with experienced professionals from the construction sector.
This programme is part of the European Erasmus+ project ConstructHer Future (CoHER) and aims to create a strong community of women and allies, shaping a more inclusive and innovative construction industry.
What is the Mentorship Programme?
The ConstructHer Future Mentorship Programme pairs young women starting their careers in construction with professionals eager to share their experience and guidance.
During the program, mentors and mentees meet regularly, online or in person, to exchange insights, explore career goals, and strengthen professional and personal skills.
Each partnership is supported by structured resources, training sessions, and opportunities to join webinars and community events.
The programme is flexible, inclusive, and designed to make a real impact, both: for the mentors who share their expertise and the mentees who gain direction and confidence in their future careers.
For Mentees: Build Your Future in Construction
Are you a female student or apprentice in construction or a related field?
Would you like to connect with an experienced professional who can guide you, share real-world experience, and help you plan your next steps?
As a mentee, you will:
- Connect directly with a professional mentor in your area of interest.
- Receive guidance on your studies, career choices, and personal development.
- Strengthen your confidence, communication, and leadership skills.
- Join a European network of peers and professionals.
- Access exclusive webinars, soft skills sessions, and optional job-shadowing opportunities.
Duration: 2 months minimum (up to 6 months), with flexible meetings every 2–4 weeks

Are you a professional working in construction with at least a few years of experience?
Join us as a mentor and help shape the next generation of women builders, engineers, designers, and innovators.
As a mentor, you will:
- Support a female VET student or young professional entering your field.
- Share your insights on technical skills, career development, and workplace culture.
- Strengthen your coaching and leadership skills.
- Gain recognition with a European certificate of participation.
- Be part of a growing European network of professionals promoting diversity in construction.
Duration: 2 months minimum (up to 6 months), with flexible meetings every 2–4 weeks
