Constructing Inclusion: Redefining Site Management Training for Women

Inside Our New Module
At Future Cast, we’re committed to shaping an industry that reflects the values we live by: innovation, inclusion, and opportunity for all. That’s why we’re proud to lead the ConstructHer Future (CoHER) Erasmus+ project — a Europe-wide initiative to transform vocational education and training (VET) in the construction sector, with a strong focus on women’s participation and leadership.

Inclusive Construction Planning, Processes & Site Management

Right now, we’re developing Module 5: Inclusive Construction Planning, Processes & Site Management, a powerful new resource designed for young women, with the aim to:
- Break down gender stereotypes on construction sites
- Promote inclusive communication and team leadership
- Introduce tools for equitable scheduling and logistics
- Highlight the importance of diverse voices in quality control and task allocation
This isn’t just about teaching new technical skills—it’s about reshaping site culture from the ground up. From toolbox talks to task planning, learners will explore what it means to lead inclusively, schedule fairly, and design accessible, safe spaces for all workers.
Women in Construction—We Want to Hear From You!
To make this module real, we want to hear from women in the industry.
We are currently looking for women who have worked or are working in construction to be featured in:
- Case studies showing real-life inclusive site practices
- Interviews on leadership, site dynamics, and challenges
- Podcasts exploring your journey and advice for others

Your voice will help inspire the next generation of site managers, planners, apprentices, and changemakers.
