Construct Her Future
This project aims to promote sustained, nation-wide awareness and action, involving the VET sector, to address the issues mentioned above. The project focuses on diversity management advancement and innovation for male-dominated construction-related pathways in the VET sector. It seeks to establish effective communication channels, foster trust and collaboration between various stakeholders, and create new institutional frameworks to support this novel approach. The project aims to bridge academic knowledge and actual application, giving people the skills they need to work in construction while promoting gender equality. This effort should improve trades education, social inclusion, and community empowerment.
