Join a hands-on workshop exploring real expectations and real challenges April 2026
Future Cast is proud to be part of an international Erasmus+ VIRTASK project focused on one key challenge: helping young people transition confidently from education into the world of work.
As part of this project, we are hosting a hands-on workshop in April, bringing together learners and industry professionals to explore the real skills needed in today’s workplaces: from communication and teamwork to problem-solving and adaptability. The session is interactive, practical, and built around real-life scenarios across sectors like tech, finance, health, tourism and education.
Who is this workshop for?
We are inviting professionals who work at the intersection of digital environments and people – those who not only use digital tools and systems, but also collaborate, communicate and solve problems with others every day.
This includes people working across fast-evolving sectors such as Finance, Education, Healthcare, Software and digital services, Tourism and customer-focused industries.
You might be leading or supporting teams, working in roles that combine technical tasks with communication and coordination, engaging with clients, colleagues or service users in dynamic environments.
If you’ve ever worked with new entrants and thought, “they have the knowledge, but something is missing in how they apply it”, this workshop is for you.
